


Hi, I’m Penny — an online coach helping women reclaim their bodies, confidence, and sense of self : I’m also a mum of two, so I understand the reality of balancing fitness with a full, demanding life.
After my first postpartum experience, I spent too long stuck in guesswork — inconsistent training, poor structure, and no clear direction. By my second, I approached things strategically: training with intention, eating in a way that fit my lifestyle (sweet tooth included), and prioritising consistency over perfection. The result was a transformation from a size 16 to a size 10 in seven months and I’m now in the best shape I’ve ever been in.
Now I’m helping other women achieve the same, whether you’re navigating motherhood or a demanding career, my role is simple: cut through the noise, create clarity, and help you execute a plan that actually works in real life.
